The prime suspect behind every perfectly grilled dog, Stephen Klein is a mastermind and master operator of the Col. Mustard hot cart. The entire vision–hotdog, Italian Ice, and crime scene flair–was drawn from a childhood dream he refused to let go. Always armed with tongs, a sharp eye, and a nostalgic streak, Col. mustard brings the heat to every event while leaving a trail of mustard and satisfied witnesses. When there's a mystery to solve--or a crowd to feed--he's always on the scene.

​With a crimson clipboard in one hand and a cash drawer in the other, Helen Chapman is the cunning coordinator behind every Col. Mustard caper. She plots the marketing, handles the bookings, and crafts all the branded merchandise that keeps our fans looking killer. You'll find her front and center at vendor events slinging soda and chips all with a sly smile and a plan in motion.

Operations 

Equal parts flavor chemist and grill-side accomplice, Frank Raynor is the brains behind the freeze as the scientist stirring up our homemade Italian Ice, Frank crafts every batch with suspicious precision. When he's not behind the batch freezer, he's teaming up with Col. Mustard at the scene of the grill, serving up dogs and decoding appetites.
